30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including if you simply changed your mind. This applies to both monthly and yearly NourishIQ+ subscriptions.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment partner and Merchant of Record, Stripe. To request one, email us at support@nourishiq.app with the email address you used at checkout and we will arrange it.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, access to NourishIQ+ features ends and your account returns to the free plan.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep NourishIQ+ access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to any refund rights you have under the consumer laws that apply where you live.
